No, but you can add an additional session of any service with any mentor (talk to your mentor for details!)
What is Diversity Performance Coaching?
Diversity Performance Coaching is a relational process for intentionally working towards your Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion goals. Through coaching, individuals empower themselves to make choices and take actions that align with their values. An effective coaching relationship relies upon trust and confidentiality and creates a judgment-free space for support, encouragement, accountability and celebrating success.
Diversity Performance Coaching may take the form of: ➢Education about Diversity and Inclusion, related to historical or modern social dynamics ➢ Thought Partnership to accomplish business initiatives or improve cross-cultural interactions ➢ Processing Emotions commonly experienced in relation to Diversity and Inclusion, such as embarrassment, confusion, anger, or not feeling seen (to name a few) ➢ Practicing Communication Skills to produce more harmonious and collaborative work relationships and build teamwork
