Academic Program Pricing
Our college admissions counseling services require an initial consultation to review pricing and determine the best plan for each student. Please note that our below pricing applies only to academic curricular programs designed to help students remediate, advance their learning, or replace special interest or standard courses.

Hourly Terms

Select the number of hours of interest by the 15th of the previous calendar month or term (spring/fall/summer) and pay in full

All payments are non-refundable

Select any number of hours prorated to the nearest (.5) hour

If cancelled early, no refunds will be provided

​All work done by mentors inside and outside of sessions is billable, for example meeting with families or school professionals and coordinating support behind the scenes
Package Terms

Renewed yearly with 4 months or one term (spring/fall/summer) notice

Billed according to a schedule of at least 5 hours + per week, 4.33 weeks per month

Session hours may be added at the same rate as the client is paying for package hours provided that package payments have been made on time consistently

If canceled early, a 50% cancellation fee will be due within 15 days of cancellation for all unfinished months and services will discontinue

Any sessions missed due to pre-planned breaks may be made up for needed extra help during midterms and finals or other peak times determined by the mentor and subject to availability

Package students received one family consultation per term (spring/fall/summer) and the school professional liaisonship is included​​
